1. About StockerERP
StockerERP is a cloud-based Inventory and Business Management Software that helps businesses manage sales, inventory, accounting, POS, and customer data in one platform.
2. Eligibility
To use StockerERP, you must:

- Have the authority to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Use the service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
When you create an account:

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Service
You agree to use StockerERP only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized emails.

- Resell, sublicense, or duplicate the service without written consent.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
Some features of StockerERP require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan.
- Keep your payment information up to date.
- Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription plans at any time, with prior notice.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
Your data remains your property. StockerERP does not claim ownership of your business or customer data.
However, by using the platform, you grant StockerERP the right to store, process, and use your data solely to provide the service.

7. Email Communication
By creating an account, you agree that StockerERP may send you essential transactional emails such as account notifications, password resets, payment receipts, and service updates.
We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
8. Service Availability
We strive to ensure StockerERP is available 24/7, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. We are not liable for any business losses due to downtime, internet issues, or server interruptions beyond our control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Your subscription expires or payment fails.
- We detect suspicious or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your access will be disabled, but you may request a copy of your data within 14 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockerERP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Data loss caused by user error or third-party integrations.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
11. Modification of Terms
StockerERP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
